I specialize in the area from Aventura down to Miami’s design district all and have sold many homes in particular in Miami Shores. Other neighborhoods that I specialize in include Keystone Point, Belle Meade, Biscayne Park, El Portal, Morningside, Shorecrest and Miami Beach.
As a former fashion industry writer and marketing professional I bring key marketing savvy, especially in terms of reaching international buyers. I also come from a family that is also in real estate, giving me a background extending beyond my years in the business in the USA.
Since my beginnings in the business, I have worked to develop my real estate skill set to the maximum. I have acquired professional certification in home staging (preparing a home to show its best) and also am an EcoBroker® (the first in Miami in fact, an EcoBroker is a “green” home specialist able to highlight and recommend green home features).
I expanded my services for investors and wholesale homebuyers and added sever market. And one thing I provide all my clients is regular and consistent updates and accessibility—I ensure that I remain available to my clients for questions and consultation throughout.
