Meet Andrea Crilly, Broker/Owner of Hybrid Realty Group
Hybrid Realty Group is a full service real estate brokerage company specializing in residential, luxury and recreational properties.
The name Hybrid Realty Group reflects my belief that a hybrid approach is best in my business—and your business. I believe that a high tech, multi-faceted, and personal approach provides my clients with the best results—the highest price for the property they are trying to sell or the perfect property for someone trying to buy.
Based in Miami, I am originally from Germany and like many who are here, I was attracted to Miami in 1999 in part because it is so cosmopolitan and international–the area simply buzzes with multi-cultural wonders.
As it turns out, my international background and language skills have been extremely useful to my real estate clients. My Miami service area includes neighborhoods such as Miami Shores, Belle Meade, Biscayne Park, Brickell, Coral Gables, El Portal, Keystone Point, Miami Beach, Morningside, Shorecrest, Sunny Isles Beach and the Biscayne corridor and anywhere my clients would like to buy or sell properties. I also specialize in finding second homes for international clients since Florida is the #1 second home location in the USA amongst foreign investors.
As a former fashion industry writer and marketing professional I bring key marketing savvy, especially in terms of reaching international buyers. I come from a family that is also in real estate, giving me a background extending beyond my years in the business in the USA. Since my beginnings in the business, I have worked to develop my real estate skill set to the maximum.
I quickly spot new and innovative marketing strategies for my sellers, from video marketing to Internet and social media strategies, to targeted outreach aimed at both U.S. and international buyers. Simply put, I want to deliver the finest quality, most high tech and most up-to-date real estate services I can to my clients.
One special service I provide all my sellers who request it is a free home staging consultation. Home staging is the art of specially preparing a home to show its best and make a buyer feel at home when they walk in. I have been a home staging professional for many years and am a pioneer in the Miami area of this valuable marketing strategy. I have appeared on television and other media talking on this interesting and proven strategy, which quickly became one of my trademark services.
I also was the first to be certified as an EcoBroker® in Miami. An EcoBroker is a “green” home specialist trained to be knowledgeable in environmentally-friendly property features. As eco-friendly homes grow in popularity, sellers with green feature properties can make the most of them if they have me representing them. Buyers can benefit from working with me to help them find properties that have those green features they are looking for.
One thing I provide all my clients is regular and consistent updates and accessibility. I ensure that I remain available for questions and consultation throughout my time working with them. When my clients try to reach me, either I or someone on my team will call them back personally within 24 hours, and usually a whole lot sooner.
